Answer:
You'll need itunes, you can't put music onto your ipod without it. If you don't have it, you'll also need the cable that connects your ipod to your computer. These are pretty easy to find, go to Best Buy or something.
You'll need to add music to your itunes library, and then sync it to your ipod.
